Is your restaurant Halal Certified?

We are a Muslim-friendly establishment which only uses halal sourced ingredients. There is no pork, no lard, and no alcohol.

 

Do note that we do not have a halal certification. Hence, please dine at your own discretion and according to your comfort level :)

Can otah be kept overnight?

Yes, otah can be kept overnight in the refridgerator. To warm up your otah, place it in a hot skillet / pan without any oil. Heat up each side of the otah for 1-2 minutes, or until warm to the touch. 

 How should I heat up my takeaway banh mi?

Keep refrigerated until you’re ready to eat. 

 

When you’re ready to eat, let the bread come back to room temp, then reheat in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 1-2 minutes, or till crispy.
